Rice in the house: Classic egg fried rice

Egg Fried Rice is a simple and delicious traditional Chinese food, there are many types of Egg Fried Rice, Yang zhou Fried Rice, Shrimp Fried Rice, Ham and Egg Fried Rice. I saw a very creative way of cooking Egg Fried Rice which is created by people in other countries is wish rice add into the pan with eggs together. In general, I think Chinese will never try this way. It is just a joke, let’s have look how to cook classic Egg Fried Rice.

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs 
  • Rice
  • Soy sause










Instructions:
  • Pour oil in the pan, heat the oil to 70 ℃
