Kiwi is a wonderful fruit (more information about Kiwi), and Yogurt can keep you health and keep diet. Just need 5 minutes make your fresh fruit yogurt.
Ingrendients:
for 250 ml yogurt
- One and a half Kiwi
- 250ml yogurt
- table blender
Instructions:
- Kiwi peeled put into table blender
- Add yogurt
If you want to eat the fruit pulp with yogurt can stir them about 30 second or want to complete integration of fruit and yogurt just stirring more time about 1 minutes
