What we eat tonight,spiced corned egg

Spiced conrned egg is a very useful dish, it is not just as snack to eat, but also can with rice and noodles.

Ingredients:
6 eggs (or you can cook more eggs, it can fresh for at least 3 days)
1 Cinnamon (just little cinnamon has big taste)
2 Anise
20 Chinese red pepper
1 soup spoon Mushroom dark Soy Sauce
1/2 soup spoon Soy Sauce
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar









Instructions:
1,eggs with cool water (water just litter over eggs) cook for boiling and continue cook for 10 minutes
2,   Soak cooked eggs with cool water for 15 minutes
3,   Remove eggs shell
4,   Use knife cutin eggs, just cutin about 1cm. and cut in every side
5,   Put Cinnamon, anise and Chinese red pepper into cool water cook them until boilling, than add 1 soup spoon Mushroom dark Soy Sauce,1/2 soup spoon Soy Sauce,2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon sugar, cook for 20 minutes
6, Put all eggs in the soup, use middle power cook for 20 munites, then stop cooking, keep eggs soak in soup and wait it cold

Then you can eat, if you want eggs with greater taste, just soak eggs into soup for long time 2 hours is great, or you can soak eggs until eat all eggs
