15 minutes delicious: Xiang Gu Cai Xin (Champignon cabbage)

This is a new theme again, this week I will give you some suggestions about cooking  in 15 minutes dishes. Lots of people feel that  spent too much time in the kitchen on cooking, this theme can give you some of the dishes within 15 minutes.

Firstly, I will intorduce a very famous and it is one part of daily life of a family in China. It is Champignon Cabbage, named in Pin yin is Xiang Gu Cai Xin


What is Champingon?
Champignons and mushrooms appearance is similar to but different colors, it is a kind of mushroom, all human beings can be useful it as ingredient to cook, Champignon's name is because it has a unique flavor






Ingredients:
  • 7 Champignons
  • 3 Cabbages
  • A half of teaspoon salt
  • A half of teaspoon chicken powder
  • A half of soupspoon water

Instructions:
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Fried  champignon for 1 minute and take them off
  • Heat other oil and add cabbage to fried
  • Add a half of soupspoon water then put cooked Champignon in
  • Keep fry for 3 minutes add salt and chicken powder
